Well they're probably working with what lighting they have left over. If they had the green screen for awhile they wouldn't originally need that much lighting install for the studio as the lighting would have bounce off the green screen and additional background lighting would have been added post-production through computer enhancements.
As well studio lights consume alot of energy and having additional lighting may increase operating costs.
